Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after she quit gymnastics. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license aged 17. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was off the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015 she continued the same path as she did in the previous year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her initial show for several years, setting bigger goals every year. In 2009, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel completed her first six years in competing to obtain her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place in the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. They placed her third at the event. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place at the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to be 6th place in the Fitness Division despite having zero expectations. Ariel had to compete with some of the world's elite athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using a machine, along with bent-over rows. Ariel will warm-up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Ariel does so by doing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
